Coeur vide, couleur

Who is your Coup de cœur?

Who can be nominated?

A colleague or healthcare provider who directly provided you with a service, or who took action to ensure that the service was delivered. You can nominate someone working in any healthcare field, such as nursing staff, paramedical professionals, or administrative and support staff. The person nominated speaks little or no French; or is actively working to learn French.

To be recognized as a Coups de cœur, the nominated person may have, for example:

  • Demonstrates patience and compassion with a client who can only express themselves in French

  • Given importance to the wishes, values and circumstances of a French-speaking client

  • Ensure that the client knows where to find information in French

  • Took an initiative to reduce barriers and thus increase the quality of care for French-speaking people

  • Set up French language activities in his establishment
